

RheoCem-Retain 2316 is a high-range water-reducing and retarding concrete admixture based on polycarboxylate ether (PCE) technology. It is designed specifically for ready-mix concrete that needs to stay workable for a longer period — particularly during long-distance transport and hot weather conditions.
RheoCem-Retain 2316 keeps concrete workable for 90 to 180 minutes depending on the mix design, temperature, and dosage. This makes it the most suitable product for RMC plants supplying concrete to sites that are 30 to 90 minutes away from the batching plant.
Compatible with fly ash, GGBS, silica fume, and all types of Portland cement. Conforms to IS 9103 and ASTM C-494 Type G.

RheoCem-Ultra 2411 is a high-performance polycarboxylate ether (PCE) based superplasticizer developed for high-strength and high-grade concrete applications. It delivers high water reduction and excellent workability retention, making it suitable for M50 and above concrete grades, self-compacting concrete, and large infrastructure projects.
RheoCem-Ultra 2411 works at very low water-to-binder ratios — conditions where standard admixtures lose effectiveness. It ensures excellent flowability and compaction even in congested reinforcement zones without requiring additional vibration in most cases.
Compatible with silica fume, GGBS, fly ash, and all Portland cement types. Conforms to IS 9103 and ASTM C-494 Type G and F.

RheoCem-Flow 2304 is a polycarboxylate ether (PCE) based concrete superplasticizer designed for standard ready-mix concrete production. It improves the workability and flowability of concrete without increasing water content, making it suitable for M25 to M35 grade concrete used in everyday residential and commercial construction.
RheoCem-Flow 2304 works by coating cement particles and dispersing them evenly through the mix. This allows the concrete to flow freely and pump easily without adding extra water — which would otherwise reduce strength and durability.
Compatible with all types of Portland cement including OPC 43, OPC 53, PPC, and blended cements with fly ash or GGBS. Conforms to IS 9103 and ASTM C-494 Type G.

CureCem-Wax 2402 is a wax-based, white-pigmented concrete curing compound. When applied to freshly
placed concrete, it forms a continuous white film that seals the surface and prevents moisture from
evaporating during the critical curing period.
The white pigment reflects sunlight, helping to keep the concrete surface cooler — especially useful in hot
and sunny conditions. The white film also acts as a visual guide, showing workers which areas have
already been treated.
CureCem-Wax 2402 replaces traditional curing methods like water ponding and wet gunny bags, saving
water, labour, and time. Conforms to IS 9862 and ASTM C-309.

CureCem-Resin 2401 is a resin-based concrete curing compound that forms a thin, transparent film on freshly placed concrete surfaces. It retains moisture during the critical curing period while allowing the concrete surface to remain fully receptive to subsequent finishes such as tiles, plaster, paint, or flooring systems.
Unlike wax-based curing compounds, the resin film in CureCem-Resin 2401 degrades naturally over a few weeks — eliminating the need for mechanical removal before applying finishes. This makes it the ideal choice for all building construction where tiling or plastering will follow.
Conforms to IS 9862 and ASTM C-309 Type 1.

CureCem-Shield 2506 is a concentrated wax-based curing compound supplied in a high-solids concentrate form. It is diluted at site before application, making it more economical to transport and store — particularly for large projects and export supply where reducing logistics cost is important.
Once correctly diluted, CureCem-Shield 2506 performs the same as a standard ready-to-use wax curing compound — forming a white film that retains moisture in freshly placed concrete. It is white pigmented and suitable for hot and tropical climatic conditions.
Conforms to IS 9862 and ASTM C-309 when used at the recommended dilution ratio.

FormCem-Light 2515 is a mineral oil-based mould release agent designed for use on timber, plywood, and light steel shuttering. It is applied to formwork surfaces before concrete is poured to prevent the concrete from bonding with the shuttering.
FormCem-Light 2515 creates a thin barrier film on the shuttering surface, allowing clean and easy stripping after the concrete has set. It extends the reuse life of shuttering panels and reduces labour time during stripping.
Suitable for residential and light commercial construction where timber and plywood shuttering is commonly used.

FormCem-Heavy 2510 is a heavy-duty mould release agent developed for steel shuttering, aluminium formwork systems, and industrial moulds. It is formulated to withstand higher concrete pressures and repetitive use cycles associated with large structural pours.
FormCem-Heavy 2510 forms a robust, durable film that maintains its effectiveness across multiple pour cycles. It is non-corrosive to steel and aluminium surfaces and does not stain concrete.
Suitable for infrastructure contractors, high-rise residential projects using aluminium formwork systems, and precast manufacturing yards with high daily production volumes.

RetarCem-Lite L25 is a surface-applied concrete retarder that delays the setting of the surface mortar layer while the concrete beneath sets normally. It is applied to the inside of formwork before concreting, or directly to the fresh concrete surface, to achieve a shallow exposed aggregate finish after stripping and washing.
RetarCem-Lite L25 is water-based, low odour, and easy to apply. The depth of aggregate exposure is controlled by the dosage applied.

RetarCem-Deep D25 is a heavy-duty surface retarder designed for applications requiring deep aggregate exposure. It retards the surface mortar layer to a greater depth than standard retarders, creating a bold, dramatic exposed aggregate texture suitable for architectural concrete and high-specification decorative applications.
RetarCem-Deep D25 provides uniform retardation across large treated surfaces, ensuring consistent aggregate exposure depth after washing. Suitable for precast yards and on-site architectural concrete work.
