RheoCem-Ultra 2411 is a high-performance polycarboxylate ether (PCE) based superplasticizer developed for high-strength and high-grade concrete applications. It delivers high water reduction and excellent workability retention, making it suitable for M50 and above concrete grades, self-compacting concrete, and large infrastructure projects.

RheoCem-Ultra 2411 works at very low water-to-binder ratios — conditions where standard admixtures lose effectiveness. It ensures excellent flowability and compaction even in congested reinforcement zones without requiring additional vibration in most cases.

Compatible with silica fume, GGBS, fly ash, and all Portland cement types. Conforms to IS 9103 and ASTM C-494 Type G and F.

Method of Use

Method of Use

  • Trial mixes are strongly recommended before use — mix design must be established for each project

  • Measure required quantity using a calibrated dispenser system for accuracy

  • Add to gauging water or simultaneously with mixing water at the batching plant

  • Do not add directly to dry cement or aggregate

  • Mix for minimum 60 seconds — thorough mixing is critical at low water-to-binder ratios

  • Dosage range: 0.8% to 1.5% by weight of cementitious material

  • For self-compacting concrete, dosage may be increased — confirm by trial mix

  • Consult Cemvera technical team for mix design support on high-specification projects

  • Concrete with very low water-to-binder ratio — below 0.35

  • Infrastructure requiring high durability and low permeability

  • Compatible with OPC 53, PPC, PSC, and all pozzolanic blended cements

Storage Instructions

Storage Instructions

  • Store in original sealed containers away from direct sunlight and heat

  • Keep storage temperature between 5°C and 45°C at all times

  • Do not allow to freeze — product performance may be affected

  • If frozen, allow to thaw at room temperature and mix thoroughly before use

  • Shelf life is 12 months from date of manufacture under proper storage conditions

  • Do not store near strong acids, alkalis, or oxidising agents

  • Non-toxic and non-flammable under normal handling conditions

  • Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes

  • Wash skin with clean water immediately after contact

  • In case of eye contact, flush with clean water for several minutes and seek medical attention

  • Wear protective gloves and safety glasses during handling

  • Refer to MSDS for complete safety data

CureCem-Wax 2402 is a wax-based, white-pigmented concrete curing compound. When applied to freshly
