RepairCem-Patch P25 is a polymer-modified cementitious repair mortar for repairing cracks, spalls, honeycombs, and surface defects in concrete structures. It bonds strongly to existing concrete and restores the structural integrity and appearance of damaged elements.
Supplied as a ready-to-mix dry powder requiring only the addition of clean water at site. Its polymer modification ensures superior bond strength, reduced shrinkage, and improved resistance to carbonation.

Nil
Application Thickness
5 mm to 50 mm per layer
Packaging
25 kg paper / HDPE bag
Shelf Life
12 months from date of manufacture (store dry)
Strong bond to existing concrete — no delamination or patch failure
Polymer modification reduces shrinkage — long-lasting repair without cracking
Ready-to-mix powder — consistent quality, simple site preparation
Suitable for vertical, overhead, and horizontal surface repair
Improved resistance to carbonation — protects reinforcement from further corrosion
Chloride-free — safe for all reinforced concrete applications
Cost-effective compared to full concrete replacement
Prepare the repair area — remove all loose, contaminated, or carbonated concrete by chipping or grinding
Ensure the repair area has a minimum depth of 5 mm and clean edges
Clean the area with water and allow to reach a saturated surface dry condition
Mix RepairCem-Patch P25 powder with clean water as per the mixing ratio on the product bag
Mix thoroughly using a mechanical mixer to a uniform lump-free consistency
Apply the mixed mortar to the prepared area using a trowel and compact firmly
For repairs deeper than 50 mm, apply in layers — allow each layer to reach initial set before applying the next
Cure the repair after application — keep moist for minimum 3 days
Repair of cracks, honeycombing, and spalling in columns, beams, slabs, and walls
Surface defect repair before painting or waterproofing
Repair of concrete damaged by carbonation or reinforcement corrosion
Post-construction defect rectification in building structures
General concrete repair in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings
Compatible with all standard concrete substrates — OPC and blended cement concrete
Store in original sealed bags in a dry area — moisture will cause premature hardening
Store off the ground on pallets, away from water
Do not store in damp or humid areas
Shelf life is 12 months from date of manufacture under correct dry storage
Once opened, use the entire bag — do not store partially used open bags
Cement-based product — alkaline when wet, may cause skin irritation
Wear gloves, safety glasses, and dust mask during mixing and application
Avoid inhaling dry powder dust
Wash skin thoroughly with water after contact with wet mortar
Rinse eyes immediately with clean water if contact occurs
Refer to MSDS for complete safety information

RheoCem-Retain 2316 is a high-range water-reducing and retarding concrete admixture based on polycarboxylate ether (PCE) technology. It is designed specifically for ready-mix concrete that needs to stay workable for a longer period — particularly during long-distance transport and hot weather conditions.
RheoCem-Retain 2316 keeps concrete workable for 90 to 180 minutes depending on the mix design, temperature, and dosage. This makes it the most suitable product for RMC plants supplying concrete to sites that are 30 to 90 minutes away from the batching plant.
Compatible with fly ash, GGBS, silica fume, and all types of Portland cement. Conforms to IS 9103 and ASTM C-494 Type G.

RheoCem-Ultra 2411 is a high-performance polycarboxylate ether (PCE) based superplasticizer developed for high-strength and high-grade concrete applications. It delivers high water reduction and excellent workability retention, making it suitable for M50 and above concrete grades, self-compacting concrete, and large infrastructure projects.
RheoCem-Ultra 2411 works at very low water-to-binder ratios — conditions where standard admixtures lose effectiveness. It ensures excellent flowability and compaction even in congested reinforcement zones without requiring additional vibration in most cases.
Compatible with silica fume, GGBS, fly ash, and all Portland cement types. Conforms to IS 9103 and ASTM C-494 Type G and F.

RheoCem-Flow 2304 is a polycarboxylate ether (PCE) based concrete superplasticizer designed for standard ready-mix concrete production. It improves the workability and flowability of concrete without increasing water content, making it suitable for M25 to M35 grade concrete used in everyday residential and commercial construction.
RheoCem-Flow 2304 works by coating cement particles and dispersing them evenly through the mix. This allows the concrete to flow freely and pump easily without adding extra water — which would otherwise reduce strength and durability.
Compatible with all types of Portland cement including OPC 43, OPC 53, PPC, and blended cements with fly ash or GGBS. Conforms to IS 9103 and ASTM C-494 Type G.

CureCem-Wax 2402 is a wax-based, white-pigmented concrete curing compound. When applied to freshly
placed concrete, it forms a continuous white film that seals the surface and prevents moisture from
evaporating during the critical curing period.
The white pigment reflects sunlight, helping to keep the concrete surface cooler — especially useful in hot
and sunny conditions. The white film also acts as a visual guide, showing workers which areas have
already been treated.
CureCem-Wax 2402 replaces traditional curing methods like water ponding and wet gunny bags, saving
water, labour, and time. Conforms to IS 9862 and ASTM C-309.
