PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

RheoCem-Flow 2304 is a polycarboxylate ether (PCE) based concrete superplasticizer designed for standard ready-mix concrete production. It improves the workability and flowability of concrete without increasing water content, making it suitable for M25 to M35 grade concrete used in everyday residential and commercial construction.

RheoCem-Flow 2304 works by coating cement particles and dispersing them evenly through the mix. This allows the concrete to flow freely and pump easily without adding extra water — which would otherwise reduce strength and durability.

Compatible with all types of Portland cement including OPC 43, OPC 53, PPC, and blended cements with fly ash or GGBS. Conforms to IS 9103 and ASTM C-494 Type G.

Method of Use

Method of Use

  • Determine the correct dosage by conducting trial mixes at site before actual production begins

  • Measure the required quantity of RheoCem-Flow 2304 accurately using a dispenser or measuring container

  • Add RheoCem-Flow 2304 to the gauging water before or simultaneously with adding water to the concrete mixer

  • Do not add RheoCem-Flow 2304 directly to dry cement or dry aggregates

  • Mix for a minimum of 60 seconds after adding the admixture to achieve uniform distribution

  • Dosage range: 0.5% to 1.0% by weight of cementitious material — exact dosage to be determined by site trial

Storage Instructions

Storage Instructions

  • Store in original sealed containers in a cool, dry, and covered area

  • Protect from direct sunlight and extreme heat

  • Do not allow the product to freeze — keep above 5°C at all times

  • If frozen, allow to thaw slowly at room temperature and mix thoroughly before use

  • Shelf life is 12 months from date of manufacture when stored correctly

  • Keep containers tightly closed when not in use

Handling Precautions

  • RheoCem-Flow 2304 is non-toxic and non-flammable under normal handling conditions

  • Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes during handling

  • In case of skin contact, wash thoroughly with clean water

  • In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with clean water and seek medical advice if irritation persists

  • Wear gloves and safety glasses when handling in large quantities

  • Refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for complete safety information
