CureCem-Wax 2402 is a wax-based, white-pigmented concrete curing compound. When applied to freshly
placed concrete, it forms a continuous white film that seals the surface and prevents moisture from
evaporating during the critical curing period.
The white pigment reflects sunlight, helping to keep the concrete surface cooler — especially useful in hot
and sunny conditions. The white film also acts as a visual guide, showing workers which areas have
already been treated.
CureCem-Wax 2402 replaces traditional curing methods like water ponding and wet gunny bags, saving
water, labour, and time. Conforms to IS 9862 and ASTM C-309.

20 litre can / 200 litre HDPE drum
Replaces water ponding and wet gunny bag curing — saves water and labour
White film reflects sunlight — reduces concrete surface temperature in hot weather
Single application provides curing protection for 7 to 14 days
Uniform film coverage — consistent curing across the entire surface
Significantly reduces plastic shrinkage cracking on exposed surfaces
Easy to apply by spray, roller, or brush
Cost-effective — lower curing cost per square metre versus traditional methods
Conforms to IS 9862 and ASTM C-309 — accepted for government road projects
Apply CureCem-Wax 2402 immediately after the surface water sheen disappears from freshly placed concrete
Do not apply when free water is still visible on the surface
Shake or stir the container before use — pigment may settle during storage
Apply using a hand pump sprayer, pressure sprayer, roller, or brush
Ensure a uniform, continuous film is applied — no gaps or missed areas
Apply a second coat if required for added protection in very hot or windy conditions
Do not apply on surfaces where tiles, paint, or plaster will be applied later — use CureCem-Resin instead
Keep foot traffic and equipment off the treated surface until the film is fully dry
Concrete roads, highways, and rigid pavements
Bridge decks, flyovers, and large infrastructure slabs
Precast yards — paver blocks, pipes, poles, and compound walls
Canal linings, irrigation structures, and water retaining structures
Industrial floors and warehouse slabs
Sites with water scarcity where traditional curing is not feasible
Hot weather concreting where rapid surface evaporation is a concern
Not suitable for surfaces where subsequent bonding of tiles, paint, or plaster is required
Store in original sealed containers in a cool, shaded, and dry area
Protect from direct sunlight and temperatures above 40°C
Do not freeze — freezing will break down the wax emulsion
Stir or shake thoroughly before use if stored for a long period — pigment settles naturally
Shelf life is 12 months from date of manufacture under correct storage conditions
Keep containers tightly sealed when not in use
Non-toxic and non-flammable under normal conditions
Avoid prolonged skin contact
Wash skin with soap and water after handling
In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with clean water
Keep away from children

RheoCem-Retain 2316 is a high-range water-reducing and retarding concrete admixture based on polycarboxylate ether (PCE) technology. It is designed specifically for ready-mix concrete that needs to stay workable for a longer period — particularly during long-distance transport and hot weather conditions.
RheoCem-Retain 2316 keeps concrete workable for 90 to 180 minutes depending on the mix design, temperature, and dosage. This makes it the most suitable product for RMC plants supplying concrete to sites that are 30 to 90 minutes away from the batching plant.
Compatible with fly ash, GGBS, silica fume, and all types of Portland cement. Conforms to IS 9103 and ASTM C-494 Type G.

RheoCem-Ultra 2411 is a high-performance polycarboxylate ether (PCE) based superplasticizer developed for high-strength and high-grade concrete applications. It delivers high water reduction and excellent workability retention, making it suitable for M50 and above concrete grades, self-compacting concrete, and large infrastructure projects.
RheoCem-Ultra 2411 works at very low water-to-binder ratios — conditions where standard admixtures lose effectiveness. It ensures excellent flowability and compaction even in congested reinforcement zones without requiring additional vibration in most cases.
Compatible with silica fume, GGBS, fly ash, and all Portland cement types. Conforms to IS 9103 and ASTM C-494 Type G and F.

RheoCem-Flow 2304 is a polycarboxylate ether (PCE) based concrete superplasticizer designed for standard ready-mix concrete production. It improves the workability and flowability of concrete without increasing water content, making it suitable for M25 to M35 grade concrete used in everyday residential and commercial construction.
RheoCem-Flow 2304 works by coating cement particles and dispersing them evenly through the mix. This allows the concrete to flow freely and pump easily without adding extra water — which would otherwise reduce strength and durability.
Compatible with all types of Portland cement including OPC 43, OPC 53, PPC, and blended cements with fly ash or GGBS. Conforms to IS 9103 and ASTM C-494 Type G.
